As the Assistant Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating effectively with the Director to oversee daily operations and mentor the teaching team.
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance within the centre.
Upholding the centre philosophy, ensuring the environment remains a safe, friendly, and reflective extension of family-owned values.
Supporting the implementation of high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Facilitating a sense of belonging, ensuring children fit in with like-minded friends while feeling empowered to express their unique identity.
Building strong and positive relationships with children, families, and the wider Brisbane community.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
Valid Blue Card (Paid/Current).
Mandatory Child Safety Training (Geccko)
Solid understanding and practical experience with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
